The opportunity:

As the Head of People, you will:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, payroll, benefits management, and compliance.
  • Lead and support recruitment efforts for clinical, technical, and corporate roles, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission and values.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Build and implement people-focused programs that enhance employee engagement, foster inclusivity, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute initiatives for career development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and support organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

This role reports directly into our CEO.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in digital healthcare.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll, benefits management, and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles, including clinical, technical, and corporate positions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a strong alignment with Parsley Health's mission to revolutionize healthcare through personalized, holistic, and patient-centered care.

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.

The starting salary for this role is between $148,750-$175,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
