Teamstand’s vision is to unite information where you work today. In a world of too many apps, more than just time is lost when teams are asked to do their job across many software platforms.

Our product is derived from technology crucial to success in leading financial institutions, and we offer companies and individuals the power to transform business communication that has seen little innovation in the past two decades. We are an early stage startup with $19M in funding and just over 40 people, so there is much to be done!

You’ll find joining our team to be particularly compelling if

  • You’ve worked at growth-stage companies and want to pick up experience building the business from the beginning
  • You’ve worked closely with senior stakeholders, and you are looking for firsthand experience operating the rocketship yourself

We believe that passionate work, speaking your mind, and commitment to growth are the most important traits to bring to our team.

As a member of Teamstand’s People team, you will work closely with teammates across our organization on engaging, attracting and retaining top talent. We’re aiming to attract and retain elite talent (including you!) to join us on our journey and you’ll be responsible for a variety of projects that support that goal.

What We Do

Teamstand exists to solve the problems of lost communication and app overload. We focus on brining structure to unstructured communications and brining key information from multiple systems in context with discussions. Simplicity is at the heart of our design ethos; we believe the customer journey to the new and unknown should feel common along the way. That's why we aren't building an app experience but rather deliver our product where our customers live and communicate today.
