Hey Jane is looking for a tenacious and adaptable leader to own critical functions across Hey Jane including clinical operations, strategy, finance and people. The ideal hire will be comfortable shifting seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution, wearing many hats each day. They will feel empowered to break down complex problems into actionable and scalable solutions, and have the ability to understand and align needs across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with...

• 6+ years of experience in technology, startups, consulting or a similar environment
• An action-oriented mindset who thrives on complexity. Can easily navigate ambiguous situations, come up with practical solutions and execute quickly and effectively.
• Exceptional project management skills
• Loves optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Strong communicator who excels at aligning internal stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for execution, with a "do what it takes" attitude
• Excellent data analysis skills with high levels of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Track record of success scaling teams, projects and processes in new or challenging environments
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking and a proclivity for extreme ownership
• Experience in healthcare and health insurance management preferred
• Strong preference for a New York-based candidate
