As WeWard's Head of Growth Marketing, you'll take the reins of all growth initiatives and steer this rocket ship to ambitious user and revenue milestones. Your playground? A global stage where you'll scale multi-channel marketing strategies and create user journeys that engage and inspire.
Reporting directly to Yves, our CEO, and working with dynamic teams in Paris and New York, you'll make an outsized impact and shape the next phase of WeWard's success.
Your Role: Build a world-class growth marketing function
You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve our ambitious user growth and revenue goals by focusing on:
Performance Marketing
- Design, own, and scale our multi-channel performance marketing strategy, growing it to $1M in monthly spend by year-end while continuously testing new acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing investments with a focus on positive ROI, ensuring we hit CAC/LTV targets.
- Establish a robust creative engine and experimentation roadmap that consistently produces high-performing assets.
- Your mission? Skyrocket Daily Active Users (DAU) - our North Star metric - and propel WeWard to new heights.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage and optimize the user journey across all communication channels (push notifications, email, in-app messaging) to maximize retention.
- Experiment with innovative campaigns and explore new channel combinations to increase user engagement.
- Refine messaging through A/B testing to ensure personalized and impactful communication at every step.
- We count on you to keep users engaged and happy at every step of their WeWard journey!
Data Driven
- Set, track, and optimize KPIs aligned with business goals to maximize ROI and user engagement, ultimately driving business results.
- Use Amplitude, Adjust, and Excel to analyze trends, inform decisions, and shape strategic direction.
User First
- A relentless focus on creating value for users, ensuring that everything we do to attract and retain them is truly beneficial.
- We continually refine our strategies to deliver the best possible user experience every time.
Team & Management
- Manage and develop a talented, motivated team of 4, including:
Arnaud our Growth Marketing Lead, Alice, our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, who manages Asma, our User Engagement Apprentice
