Job Description
We are searching for a potential co-founder or a leader who will take full ownership of the technical development of our software. We need a technical expert – someone who knows data security, can build out a skeletal system from scratch, lead a team, and is passionate about working on this problem with us. You'll be in charge of tech and we'll lean on you for direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the software development process, ensuring that our vision is translated into tangible results.
- Develop and improve our software, focusing on making it robust and secure.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure and architecture.
- Handle the data – managing, processing, and interpreting
- Build and mentor our engineering team.
- Guide the tech vision, think long-term.
- Ensure our customer data stays safe.
- Play around with AI/ML to enhance what we offer.
- Be a genuine team player; we're in this together.
- Lead tech projects, start to finish.
- Tackle challenges head-on; we value determination.
Qualifications
- Co-founder mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Startup Experience Preferred
- 5+ years building and improving software, experience in managing direct reports.
- Understands, and has experience in, data security
- Comfortable with big data tools.
- AI/ML is a plus.
- FedRamp experience is a plus.
- Financial technology experience is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus not a must, we want to know you are capable, competent, and gritty
- Deeply mission oriented
- Experience at a big tech company and/or high growth startups is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree & Master's are a plus.
