Seeking a hardware engineer to architect and implement FPGA applications, collaborate with software teams, and support application deployment through lab testing and debugging.
ROLE
We are looking for a hardware engineer to join our high frequency trading technology team.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Architect and implement FPGA applications (RTL design, synthesis, place & route, timing closure).
- Facilitate software integration, develop APIs, and collaborate directly with software teams.
- Conduct lab testing/debugging and support deployed applications.
DESIRABLE CANDIDATES
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of FPGA experience in the high frequency trading industry.
- Strong skills in RTL design (SystemVerilog) and verification.
- Strong working knowledge of Xilinx design flows (synthesis, place & route, timing analysis).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and on-chip networking applications.
- Experience with C++ and Python.
- Experience with functional verification and system level debugging.
- Experience with processing market data and exchange order entry communication in hardware.
