As our Portfolio you will spearhead the optimization and management of our portfolio’s market traction operations. Your goal is to ensure seamless integration and support across our operating companies to achieve market success.

In this role, you will define the strategy and oversee the design and implementation of market traction processes and support, provide strategic consulting to our CEOs, and serve as a subject matter expert in market success for Redesign’s operating company performance management. You will report to and work with our Head of Operations remotely.

  • Lead our GTM Strategy and manage operations across our portfolio
  • Design and manage end-to-end processes for market traction enablement
  • Develop and enforce SLAs, best practices, and procedures for using Salesforce to facilitate introductions and support for CEOs and their teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Research, Portfolio Management, Strategic Growth & Innovation, and Operations Vendor Management to ensure effective cross-functional operations
  • Collaborate with CEOs and their Redesign Health support teams to identify and deploy the best tools within Redesign Health for each operating company

  • 8-10 years of experience in revenue and/or sales operations, GTM strategy development, and BD/Sales Enablement
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in a revenue operations role in at least two of the following healthcare domains: health systems, health plans, digital health (with a focus on selling to independent or multi-specialty practices), or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing sales metrics such as conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity
  • Experience with benchmarking and performance tracking methodologies

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales funnel and its various stages, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion
  • Expertise in visualizing, documenting, and optimizing workflows and handoffs between stakeholders
  • Exceptional consulting and executive communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous business situations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

  • Full-time base salary of $194,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
