The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Go-to-Market Associate to join our high-growth startup. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on executing event strategies, supporting partner marketing programs, social media management, and/or supporting go-to-market operations. This multifaceted role will support the intersection of marketing and sales and is critical to enabling strategic marketing efforts and cohesive brand experiences. The successful candidate will support day to day operations as well as strategic initiatives to increase our partner and prospect engagement and brand awareness.

A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives and reinforcing our company messaging through cohesive brand experiences. In doing so, you’ll contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Plan and manage event logistics, vendor management, and on-site activities, so that events run smoothly and effectively communicate our brand message. Examples include conferences, client happy hours and special events, executive speaking engagements and Enigma-sponsored webinars.
  • Provide administrative support for the Chief Revenue Officer (including calendaring and correspondence) and for marketing initiatives (including monthly KPI reporting, conducting ad hoc research, and testing new marketing channels and tactics).  
  • Collaborate with product teams, sales teams, marketing teams and external partners to support and execute marketing programs that support mutual goals. Support these programs from inception to execution, ensuring they contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with the Content Marketer to create and execute a social media calendar that increases engagement and brand awareness across LinkedIn and X.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Bring 2-4+ years in a marketing or sales role
  • Have experience creating professional social media content, event management 
  • Possess strong project management skills (organized and obsessive about details)excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset. 
  • Be proactive, adaptable, collaborative, detail-oriented. A customer-first mentality. Passion for creating engaging brand experiences.

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000

A note on salary ranges: we pride ourselves on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is one piece of a total Enigma compensation package that includes additional benefits and opportunities. All of our compensation packages include equity because we believe 100% of Enigma employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from the value we’re creating together.
