About the role

In the role of Global Executive Producer, you will report to the Director of Marketing Production.

We are considering applicants for the location of Culver City, CA. 

Crunchyroll is looking for a Global Executive Event Producer as part of our Global Production team. This high-visibility role works directly with Crunchyroll’s senior leadership, all marketing functions, strategic partners across the Sony organization, our licensors and content partners from Japan, and external production and event vendors. You will oversee the holistic execution of Anime Awards and all its aspects, as well as the global management and coordination of global premieres, event tours across multiple regions, and future branded events. You will be the connection point where everything comes together for the events to come to life. You will increase business growth and further build the love for the Crunchyroll brand globally by our fans and partners alike by establishing and implementing a cohesive brand representation across Crunchyroll’s experiential and events footprint globally.

About You

  • 12+ years of production experience in Entertainment
  • Experience creating global events, including award ceremonies and live events
  • Understand the logistics of the broadcasting truck
  • Experience managing For Your Consideration campaign experience
  • Experience managing vendors and partnerships
  • Experience managing talent and talent agents
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines
  • Experience working in Japan and understanding Japanese business culture

About the Team

Marketing Production & Operations is dedicated to scaling up Crunchyroll’s domestic and international marketing presence, elevating the creative processes of the marketing teams, bringing creative visions to life, and being of service to the broader company to provide support and solutions to anyone in need. We are a horizontal support structure, servicing multiple businesses across the company.  We embody the collaborative spirit of Crunchyroll and work with all of our internal and external teams. We are lifelong learners, unafraid to make mistakes, and believe that action is always better than inaction. Our job is never done.  As we build infrastructure, establish process, and define workflows, we always engage with our partners, seek feedback, look for the inefficiencies, create a plan to solve pain points, and implement strategy.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
