Job Description:

This role is a part of Global Enterprise Innovation within the Revenue Organization at Conde Nast -  this team oversees revenue solutions, measurement, insights, performance media, and product marketing globally. We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, and energetic individual who is excited to learn the various facets of digital media advertising. You will play a critical role in connecting the dots across the Global Enterprise Innovation organization that is tasked with driving digital acceleration, proving performance, and operational excellence globally. We are seeking a candidate with strong collaboration and communication skills as well as someone who is not afraid to think outside the box to solve problems. This role reports into the Vice President of Global Enterprise Innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate resources and ensure that project milestones are achieved.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Facilitate communication between Enterprise Innovation leadership to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain and organize internal systems and reports regularly.

Executive Support:

  • Manage the expenses and calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel.

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $77,000-$90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
