We are seeking a highly driven, organized, and inquisitive team member to join our growing Platform Solutions & Operations team as a Fund Onboarding Vice President. This role will focus on fund onboarding and requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Technology, Operations, CAIS IQ, Marketing, Investment Product, Sales, and Relationship Management. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex projects within the financial services industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, has uncanny attention to detail, and can juggle competing priorities with ease. They are creative, entrepreneurial problem solvers who are proactive, service-oriented collaborators.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, develop strategic solutions, and oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade requirements for seamless product onboarding.
  • Act as the client liaison, advising on priorities, balancing needs with resources, and managing project documentation to ensure effective tracking and communication.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of CAIS’s products and platform capabilities, staying informed about current functionalities and upcoming enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, overseeing requests for automation, configuration, and technical resolutions.
  • Support business development efforts, offering expertise during pre-sales to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and other internal and external resources, including ConfluenceSharePoint, and Airtable, to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in project management or operations within financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with an ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Suite.
  • Effective communicator with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
