Frontend Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented engineer with a strong background in frontend development to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Typescript.
• Work with modern frameworks like React or Next.js to deliver interactive and performant web applications.
• Implement full stack solutions that meet project requirements and scalability needs.
• Leverage AWS services to build and deploy cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.

You Should Have…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a professional software development setting.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java.
• Unit and integration testing experience with tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Playwright
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL query optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

You’ll Do Great If You Have…

• Experience with NextJS framework for building React applications.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry enabled observability (e.g. Jaeger, Grafana, Sentry)
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions for automating workflows and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Exposure to healthcare technology and interoperability concepts such as HL7 or FHIR.
