As a Foreign Exchange Sales Vice President, you will market, structure, and execute foreign exchange products for financial sponsors within a global cross-asset sponsor sales team. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining senior client relationships, leading strategic transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and engaging in client discussions on currency risk management.
Job responsibilities:

  • Market, structure, and execute foreign exchange products to financial sponsors clients within a global cross-asset sponsor sales team.
  • Establish, grow, and maintain senior client relationships with financial sponsors to onboard new clients, deepen engagement, and elevate foreign exchange opportunities.
  • Lead strategic transactions related to acquisitions, financings, and asset monetizations in close partnership with banking coverage, leveraged finance, equity capital markets, structured finance, and other markets partners.
  • Collaborate on internal projects, analytical work for clients, and engage in client discussions of presentation materials on currency risk management.
  • Work closely with colleagues in trading, credit, and legal to build solutions that meet client needs while managing risk to the firm.
  • Support activities of colleagues on the desk as part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in the Foreign Exchange markets, 2+ years' experience with financial sponsors.
  • Track record of successful relationship building with leading sponsor clients.
  • Experience elevating early-stage relationships into first-call dialogue.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with others and succeed as part of a team.
  • Passion for developing teammates' skill sets and making those around you better.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple language and concrete action steps.
  • Confident presentation skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
