We are looking for a high-performing, results-oriented full-time FP&A Manager to join our team! The primary role of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is to provide extensive analytical support to the business. You will assist in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, product performance analysis, and decision support for the leadership team.

Ideally, this full-time role would be located in New York, but we are open to remote candidates in the U.S. or Canada. This person will report directly to the Head of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast, and variance process
- Build, maintain and improve financial models to plan, measure and forecast the business performance
- Partner with our data team and leaders of functions to develop financial and capacity plans in support of our scaling business
- Establish and maintain relevant financial metrics to be provided as a dashboard for leaders, business partners, and board members
- Act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders. Provide financial expertise and develop strategic insights that drive business decisions
- Partner with our accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close reporting and budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics with some knowledge of Accounting principles
- Passion for analysis and finding actionable insights
- Experience building financial and decision support models, along with strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Experience in a data-driven, analytically rigorous role, preferably with financial data. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (and Google Workspace equivalents)
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Innate curiosity around finding insights that inform our strategy and the way we think about both our product and business.
