You will be a manager in the NA Financial Planning & Analysis team, a team responsible for the overall financial reporting and analysis of the P&L and Cash Flow of the North America Region. The main responsibility of this role will be the planning and reporting of the NA Below Segment OI P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. The incumbent will have exposure to senior leaders, including SVP NA Finance, and will regularly interact with other members of NA FP&A, Accounting, CS&L, Procurement and Sales Finance teams as well as with the Global Cash Flow and Accounting teams.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning and Strategic Plan (in applicable years), target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support within NA FP&A.
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Help the director and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions
- Lead projects to identify efficiencies and improvements to ways of working, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline
What you will bring

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning: Forecasting NA Below Segment OI P&L, Free Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
- Actuals: Consolidation and reporting of the NA Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow
- Work closely with Sales Finance, CS&L and procurement to plan and report Cash Conversion Cycle (DSO, DIOH, DPO) including the Mexico team
- Work closely with Treasury for debt levels and interest expense and Tax to create forecasts of Below OI P&L
- Chair Cash Flow / Cash Conversion Cycle cross-functional meetings to review actuals and forecasts
- Manage Opportunity & Risk and contingency planning for Cash Flow
- Support Cash Flow target setting process
- Complete ad hoc analytical requests & projects as needed
- Travel requirements: As and when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
- 6 or more years of FP&A or commercial finance and/or accounting experience is required
- Experience with balance sheets
- Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution
- Strong technical skills required (i.e. Advanced Excel)
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI preferred
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead teams
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
