Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Business Manager at the Vice President level supporting the Head of Strategic and Operational Excellence for Global Talent and Experience organization in Human Resources.
As a Finance & Business Management, Vice President - Strategic and Operational Excellence, you will be outcome-focused and foster a collaborative team environment. Your role will be dynamic, varying according to the priorities of different stakeholders. You will regularly interact with key stakeholders, work across the business, and demonstrate the ability to work under tight timelines, digest large amounts of data, and oversee special projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of compliance and control related activities including due diligence reviews, testing and remediation needs and oversight for action plans or control failures across the organization; manage audit relationships across the firm.
- Develop and oversee key performance indicators that generate business insights. Analyze and communicate all aspects of performance to the Group's management team, including at town halls, off-sites, and business reviews.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent, and meaningful executive reporting and analytics to identify trends and themes that support business decisions; contribute to and aggregate materials for management and business reviews.
- Co-own our data agenda, including data compliance, retention and associated metrics; attend HR Data Owner forum.
- Create and maintain Inter-Affiliate Services (IAS) agreements and manage business resiliency plans
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise.
- Support real estate capacity and location strategy execution.
- Support the organizational evolution toward Product, including the routines that underpin new ways of working.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps. Regularly interact with key stakeholders, work across the business, and demonstrate the ability to work under tight timelines, digest large amounts of data, and oversee special projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prior experience in business management, corporate finance, or a chief of staff role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information and preparing materials for a senior executive audience.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables; a strategic thinker who challenges and questions activities to achieve the right outcomes for the organization.
- Advanced project management skills.
