In this role, you will optimize business performance by helping drive key initiatives including implementing the strategy and core operating models, and budget management.
As a Finance & Business Management, Vice President- HR Products, you will partner with senior leaders within the HR organization to drive strategic initiatives and you will be responsible for financial matters such as financial analysis, decision analytics, investment business cases and performance evaluation. Your role will entail you demonstrating end-to-end leadership and Finance and Business Management expertise.
Job responsibilities
- Support the development of the product roadmap for the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding product, while ensuring alignment with HR strategies and business objectives
- Analyze business data and metrics to prepare routine and ad-hoc presentations for executive leadership, including budget reviews and performance insights
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, Technology, and Operations) to enhance operating models, governance, and strategic priorities
- Support the Product Line Manager in crafting and implementing metrics to evaluate product launch success and overall performance, while preparing presentations and reports to convey product vision and progress to senior management
- Lead financial performance analysis with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, organization hygiene, and headcount management, while delivering insightful reporting on key drivers and expenses
- Manage vendor expenses and coordinate budget processes, providing variance analysis and forecasting insights
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
- Coordinate leadership meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on actions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, supporting strategic and tactical objectives and assisting in resolving organizational challenges
- Represent the business in internal working groups and projects, engaging with senior management as required
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Human Resources, or Project Management
- 5 years in Product Management, ideally within HR or related technology organization
- High energy and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating sound judgment, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with senior executives
- Proven team leadership skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with keen attention to detail
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving abilities, with expertise in strategic planning and financial processes
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview) and adept in product management methodologies
- Experience working in a Product Operating Model
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and agile development methodologies
- Understanding of hiring and onboarding processes and best practices
