Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to work independently under pressure and handle a wide range of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
What you’ll do
- Manage a complex calendar and keep the Chief Strategy Officer well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
- Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
- Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
- Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings
What’s required
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent client service skills
- Prior experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and WebEx

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 (USD), which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
