About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Managing Directors in the New York and tri-state area offices. This individual will regularly interact and work with senior members of the team including Managing Directors and Managing Partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars of several senior managers with a high level of detail, coordinating, and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans.
- Process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Manage logistics for Board of Directors’ meetings and other company events as needed.
- Format information for internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Help move along deliverables, facilitate special requests, and contribute and execute on last-minute ideas.
- Work as part of the larger facilities and administration team and support fellow executive assistants as needed.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate college degree
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant working with senior level management
- Able to manage up through tact and anticipation of needs
- Possess a strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong experience managing schedules and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience scheduling global travel, across multiple time zones, and multi-leg trips
- Team player and comfortable working with 30+ people, reporting to a senior admin
- Comfort operating within a dynamic environment and executing in situations where paths are uncharted
- Able and willing to provide executive support beyond the scope of a typical workday
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
