About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and people-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide personalized, high-touch support. This role focuses on task tracking, coordination, and Executive Assistant, and is ideal for someone who enjoys anticipating needs and operating with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and personal support to the CEO and executive team members
  • Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution and closure
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and travel coordination (including personal‑related needs)
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and maintaining discretion
  • Prepare for meetings, events, and hosting (professional and personal)
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursements
  • Run errands, pickups/deliveries, and other household‑related tasks as needed
  • Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring confidentiality at all times
What We Expect
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role 
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and strong work ethics
  • Positive, proactive, and service‑oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Calendar and Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours and be available occasionally on weekends
