The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be to support our Chief Executive Officer to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. 
 
The individual in this role must demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the executive leadership team. Also, as a member of an agile EA team, this person will contribute and partner with our other EAs to support company events, and bring best practices to our organization. 

New York City (hybrid). 4 days in the office per week, subject to change.

 

  • Performs administrative duties required to support executives and ongoing operations. 
  • Manages a small team.
  • Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule awareness.  
  • Establishes/maintains organized systems for managing tasks and multiple calendars.  
  • Coordinates domestic and international travel. 
  • Completes expense reports and processes invoices.  
  • Coordinates meetings including, but not limited to, preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing/translating meeting minutes.  
  • Coordinates and sets up department-wide events. 
  • Assists with special projects as assigned. 
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. 

 

 

  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience, including management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Concur, ADP.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in dynamic culture with enthusiasm and discretion.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, people and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

For this role the estimated base salary range, depending on level of experience, is $140,000 - $160,000.
