Who You Are
You are ready to bring your expertise in enterprise systems to a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment. You are excited about the opportunity to establish best practices from the ground up and take ownership of both the highest level processes and the granular data that power the company’s financials and operations. You have multiple years of hands-on experience problem solving in ERPs and with EDI providers and enjoy collaborating cross functionally to support goals across the company. You are excited to work directly with the operations and finance team to help optimize workflows and address issues within our systems. You are comfortable leveraging the support and expertise of third party vendors when necessary and are eager to learn from them and constantly grow your own toolkit.
Responsibilities:

- Manage the system data and reporting integrity via regular audits and automated workflows
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and tech to ensure all functions are using the system effectively, and provide them with the necessary support in troubleshooting and configuration or new item changes
- Problem solve errors in Netsuite by digging into the data and configurations, building custom scripts or working with third party support if needed
- Stand up new EDI integrations with external vendors and suppliers, manage and troubleshoot those integrations on an ongoing basis
- Own relationship with the manufacturing execution system (MES) used by in-house production teams and manage the configuration between MES and NetSuite
- Create bespoke reports, dashboards and tools within enterprise systems based on functional or executive-level needs
- Serve as primary point of contact with NetSuite support and consulting services
- Manage relationships with other key IT providers and help teammates escalate issues with IT
- Streamline user access, owning onboarding/offboarding for key systems and serving as primary point of contact
- Lead new system assessment by identifying potential solutions, evaluating functionality against organizational needs, and assessing the complexity and cost of both implementation and ongoing management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in information technology, systems engineering, or related quantitative field
- 2+ years as system owner of ERP software, preferably NetSuite, at a food & beverage, consumer goods, and/or manufacturing company
- Expert proficiency in modern, cloud-based ERP systems (strong preference for NetSuite expertise) with deep understanding of the ERP workflows and reporting
- Comfortable and adept at troubleshooting errors with sufficient familiarity of back-end systems to do so
- Experience with EDI integrations via SPS commerce
- Experience managing IT providers a plus
- Dog lovers a plus!

What We Do
Here at Spot & Tango, we are on a mission to make your pet healthier and happier, simplifying your role as a pet parent along the way. Put simply: we exist to create more happy days with your dog.
Since 2018, we’ve been cooking up fresh, whole ingredient meals personalized for dogs at prices humans can afford. We even created an entirely new category with UnKibble, the only Fresh Dry™ food for dogs. That’s how much we believe in the benefits of real food for our loyal companions.
Our recipes are made with only whole vegetables, fruits, grains, and meats that we’d eat too. Plus, every vet-formulated meal plan is delivered directly to your door and completely customized to your dog’s weight, age, activity level, and health goals.
Why Work With Us
At Spot & Tango, we know that we're only as good as our people. We look for candidates who ask the right questions, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and learn at light speed. While we value experience, we also appreciate (and seek out!) fresh perspectives.
