About Unframe

Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.

Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally

About the Role

As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the delivery, adoption, and success of Unframe’s AI solutions across our largest enterprise customers. You'll join our Product Growth team to turn tailored AI concepts into working solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
This is not a traditional “Customer Success” role.  It’s a hybrid of program management, product enablement, and customer partnership. You’ll coordinate complex multi-stakeholder projects, ensure smooth rollout and adoption, and help customers expand the impact of Unframe’s platform across their organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution at scale.
  • Orchestrate stakeholders. Manage alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations.
  • Define and measure success: track adoption, usage, and business impact to demonstrate value.
  • Lead enablement and training sessions that help customers operationalize Unframe’s AI solutions.
  • Ensure project velocity. Coordinate between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions) to keep deployments on time and on scope.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps that AI can solve.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape Unframe’s product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms with digital transformation elements.
  • Strong execution and project management skills. Able to plan, coordinate, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Business-technical fluency. You can translate between executives, engineers, and users with ease.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (Hebrew a plus).
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven enterprise transformations.
  • PMO certification or structured project management background
  • Background working with LLM or GenAI products.
  • Technical fluency - able to understand API integrations or data workflows.
  • Previous experience in consulting
