Who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for founding members of our enterprise sales team to be at the forefront of this industry shift, selling a category-defining AI product that’s capturing the attention of some of the biggest names in the world. You’ll own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals, develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook, and grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close.
This isn’t a walk in the park—it’s a high-intensity, high-reward role. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion. You’ll also help shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI, leveling up the team through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions that deliver big wins.

Compensation and Benefits.

  • Annual On-Target Earnings up to $340,000, based on demonstrated skills and experience.
    • 50/50 base/commission split. Commissions paid monthly on quarterly targets. Commissions are uncapped.

We like to move fast, and we also want you to have every opportunity to interview us as much as we’re interviewing you. Our process is highly interactive, and we encourage you to ask anything! Each step builds on the last.

  • Intro Call (Optional) – You may start with a 20-30 min chat with Meredith, our VP of People, to get a deeper feel for the role and our culture, and so you can share more about your sales background.
  • Meet Our CEO & Co-Founder, Rish – A 15-30 min conversation where Rish shares our vision, how the business is taking off, and the impact you can make. (You'll likely speak with Rish again later in the process.)
  • Sales Advisor Conversation – A 30 min discussion with our exceptional sales advisor to dive into our approach and strategy.
  • Mock Discovery Call – Time to show your skills! We’ll give you a prompt, and you’ll run a 20 min discovery call (on a product you know) with our founders, sales advisors, and/or sales leadership. Expect 10 min of real-time feedback and Q&A.
  • Meet Our Sales Leaders – If you haven’t already, you’ll connect with our sales leadership team at this stage.
  • Final Conversations – If we’re here, things are getting serious! We’ll cover any open items and make sure you have all your questions answered.
