Our Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team is a unique strategy and curriculum team that plays an integral part in connecting our go-to-market approach and curriculum to customer value. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go to market motion. We empower all of Datadog’s customer-facing teams with the right information, skills, and tools at the right time in order to maximize their ability to land, expand and drive Datadog’s next phase of growth.

Our Sales and Customer Success teams rapidly evolve how they work to optimize productivity. The Program Management team plays a critical role by driving systemic change initiatives to enhance sales performance, improve processes, and ensure the sales team is equipped to adapt to new tools, technologies and methodologies.

We are seeking a Program Manager for our Sales Enablement team to maximize the productivity of our revenue teams through integrated systems, tools and processes at a global scale. You should be a proactive change agent excited about systems-level analysis, creative program design and enablement that sticks. You will partner with leaders across the Go-To-Market ecosystem, including sales, strategy & operations, and others to develop and oversee a portfolio of global enablement initiatives that increase sales performance.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies that support the overall sales enablement goals and business objectives. Analyze various quantitative data points, gather qualitative feedback, and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our business
  • Cross-Functional Partnership and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop system-level solutions that impact each level of the GTM experience. Drive outcomes through proactive project management.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive and scalable change enablement programs to help the GTM team adapt to new tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Impact and Assessment: Measure, monitor, and communicate impact of enablement efficacy against specific business critical metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Best Practices: Identify and promote best practices in change management and sales enablement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Who You Are:

  • At least 3-5 years in sales enablement or program management with a focus on, change management, process or tooling enablement, or a related role
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality product on short timeframes.
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing successful change initiatives. Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excited about data and strong experience assessing business metrics to identify productivity gaps (and solutions!) and developing strong analyses of program management initiatives.
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design live, virtual and on-demand learning content and evaluate the success of a learning experience
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, processes, tools and technologies
  • High ownership: You won’t be satisfied until every GTM function achieves their potential
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator: You make the complex simple
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don’t mind getting messy
  • BA / BS required

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Bonus points

  • Experience at high-growth or mid-stage startups focused on Software-as-a-Service  or technology
  • Relevant certifications in change management or sales enablement
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies
  • Background in configuring, implementing or designing system architecture for Go-To-Market tools
  • Experience enabling salespeople particularly with a structured methodology
  • Experience building scalable programs at our scale or greater
