About the role: 

We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Email Marketing Manager with Salesforce experience to join our team. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of branded email campaigns from conception through to deployment. You'll collaborate with clients, designers, and developers to create impactful email marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results. The role will report to both the Head of Project Management and work closely with cross-functional teams, including visual design, copy, development, and QA. The ideal candidate should have sharp knowledge of email design, development, and deployment and have prior experience working in Salesforce or similar frameworks. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Act as the primary liaison between The Creative Studio and our clients for all things related to email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather email campaign requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for design and development teams.
  • Manage and scrub distribution lists provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations before uploading into Salesforce.
  • Work within Salesforce to configure and schedule email deployments, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in email marketing and Salesforce developments to recommend strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work actively to identify and assess potential risks or issues and develop resolutions and mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and project delivery goals.

  • Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, project management systems such as Asana and/or Workfront, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams 
  • Minimum 4 years of campaign or project management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment; at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar platform.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, with an eye for detail in managing data
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
  • A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including design principles, segmentation, personalization, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $105,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
