As a Director, Talent Strategy at Redesign Health, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing top-tier founders for our portfolio of healthcare startups. You will conduct in-depth interviews with Founder CEO candidates, facilitate 360-degree feedback sessions, and compile detailed assessment reports. Reporting to the VP of Talent Strategy, you will also support talent-related initiatives and stay abreast of industry trends to continually improve our processes.   • Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Talent Strategy to incorporate observations into a differentiated approach to sourcing and selecting high-performing CEO Founders
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with Founder CEO candidates for healthtech & healthcare startups
  • Facilitate and perform 360-degree feedback sessions with board members and employees to assess CEO performance trends
  • Compile detailed assessment reports, providing clear and actionable insights for Redesign Talent and Governance Teams. Communicate assessment outcomes and recommendations with hiring panels and Redesign Health leadership
  • Design and implement improvements to our founding team hiring process
  • Support and lead talent-related initiatives, including leadership development programs and support for founding teams
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in executive assessment to improve our processes

  • You have 10 years in talent management, leadership assessment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • You have a degree in I/O Psychology or HR, Business Administration
  • You have experience in the healthcare sector, healthtech sector or venture capital environments
  • You have demonstrated experience with healthcare journalism or similar to include researching, writing, editing etc. 

  • You have exceptional interviewing and assessment skills
  • You have strong report writing and analytical abilities
  • You can build relationships with executive audiences
  • You possess leadership abilities and can influence executives and board members

  • Proficiently analyzes complex situations, gathering diverse data sources, identifying root causes, and evaluating solution options to solve intricate problems.
  • Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.
  • You build and maintain effective customer relationships, focusing on gaining insights and identifying opportunities that benefit the customer and deliver solutions.

Full-time base salary range of $180,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
