Your Role in Our Mission

As the Director of Strategic Finance, you'll play a key role in shaping Alfred’s corporate strategy and growth initiatives. Reporting to the COO, you'll source and assess corporate development and M&A opportunities, manage the firm's capital structure through fundraising and lender relations, and drive strategic process improvements to meet objectives.
How You’ll Contribute to #OneTeam
- Source and assess potential corporate development and M&A opportunities: lead underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Play an integral role in fundraising and lender relations.
- Develop materials for the Board and investors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and solve strategic and operational issues.
- Design and optimize processes for scalability.
- Create financial models to forecast growth, margins, and expansion.
- Drive financial analyses to uncover insights and opportunities for value creation.
- Support strategic planning and annual budgets, as well as monitor financial performance.
- Work with key stakeholders to establish and track financial KPIs and departmental goals, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance roles.
- Experience in a growth startup, real estate, or debt capital markets is a plus.
- Strong capital structure knowledge, especially on the debt side.
- Skilled in creating and analyzing financial models for strategic planning.
- An agile, analytical problem-solver with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable. Able to see the “big picture” but comfortable diving into the details.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, RealPage, CRM tools).
