The Director, Co-Brand Marketing will lead marketing strategy for CLEAR’s co-branded travel product. You will work closely with our channel owners and external co-brand partners to develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to drive acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and drive acquisition marketing strategy for the product across multiple channels, and serve as our primary marketing point of contact for product owners, operations, and external partners
  • Act as primary marketing relationship owner with key external partner for co-branded marketing efforts, responsible for managing the planning and creative review/approval process
  • Create and oversee project management and creative operations processes and best practices for the product 
  • Oversee the marketing ecosystem for the product, ensuring messaging and campaign alignment; develop the marketing roadmap and KPIs for the product
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize cohesive marketing efforts that will achieve the determined acquisition goals
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, launch, and activation of key partnerships (travel, credit cards, etc.) to drive acquisition goals
  • Generate and share accurate and timely marketing results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Who you are: 

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, program management or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance
  • Proven track record of building, launching, and/or managing innovative marketing partnerships while managing complex, cross functional projects with internal and external teams 
  • Experience in managing internal and external partners (especially with a focus on operations), building relationships, and establishing mutual objectives

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
