THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for a highly analytical, creative, and visionary Director of Analytics to join our Actions Account Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage performance optimization, advanced narrative development, and sophisticated data visualization to communicate performance and drive actionable insights for our clients.  Reporting to the SVP of Actions, you will play a pivotal role supporting multiple lines of service through strategic data analysis, innovative predictive modeling, and impactful client engagement. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Campaign Performance & Optimization: 

  • Own end-to-end campaign performance analysis and reporting across agency, lead generation, and lead engagement BU’s
  • Identify and recommend self-initiated opportunities for campaign optimizations and strategic improvements. 

Data-Driven Insights: 

  • Generate comprehensive, data-driven analyses that enhance ROI for revenue-driving campaigns and agency clients.
  • Deconstructextensive datasets to extract actionable insights and formulate recommendations that drive tangible business outcomes. 

Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning: 

  • Collaborate with Global Data Science team to develop of state-of-the-art predictive and machine learning models designed to improve conversion and cost effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support initiatives that transform market lead buying practices through innovative analytics solutions. 

Client Engagement & Data Visualization: 

  • Work closely with BU leaders to discover and understand client needs – translating into clearly executable action plan
  • Serve as data visualization SME to develop clear presentation of insights and results with aligned narratives to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key client-facing resource, consulting directly with clients to communicate Zeta expertise, complex data insights, and analytics performance management systems.    

System & Team Development: 

  • Design and implement systems that optimize campaign performance, media allocation decisions, and scoring-driven media plans.
  • Scale systems while building best in class analytics practice and high agency team  

REQUIREMENTS 

Analytical Expertise: 

  • Demonstrated ability to implement statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proficient in translating complex technical analyses into actionable business insights. 

Data Visualization: 

  • Expertise in utilizing data visualization tools (such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI) to disseminate insights effectively. 

Communication Skills: 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for presenting complex data in an engaging and clear narrative.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail. 

Growth Mindset and Change Agent: 

  • A proactive, innovative thinker who consistently adds tangible value for both internal stakeholders and clients through actionable recommendations.
  • Growth mindset to build innovative, excellent, and scalable analytics function  

DESIRED BACKGROUND

  • BS Analytics / Operations Research / Statistics / Data Science or similar quantitative disciplines with 5+ years of experience. MS degree holders in these disciplines with 2+ years of experience will also be considered. 
  • Deep client facing experience
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Power BI
  • Work experience in Higher Education & Financial Services vertical are a plus.

SALARY RANGE 

The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending on location and experience.
