About the Role:

InvestmentNews is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Client Services Team.  Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the primary role of the Digital Operations Coordinator will be to collaborate with clients and the sales team to properly schedule and launch client advertising campaigns across our print and digital platforms.  The successful candidate will be detail oriented with a natural drive to provide exceptional customer service and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple client and internal demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory and properly schedule print and digital media campaigns
  • Facilitate workflow between clients and internal teams gathering campaign materials, managing timelines and securing necessary approvals to ensure successful campaign setup
  • Work with Digital Operations and Billing to ensure accuracy of campaigns and invoices
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of campaign changes and contract updates
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are setup and delivered successfully from start to finish
  • Work with Audience and Ad Operations teams to provide campaign reporting

What you will need:  

  • Minimum 1-3 years digital media experience
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working with client records in a CRM platform such as SalesForce or Dynamics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
