As a Product Manager on the trading floor in New York, you will gather requirements from stakeholders and drive the scaling of our content publishing framework. You will lead product roadmap initiatives, promote tool adoption, and analyze user feedback to align product requirements with platform strategy.
Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, contributing to the overall platform strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various departments to achieve strategic business results.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including requirements gathering, project management, and client communication.
  • Produce presentation decks and user guides to communicate product vision and drive adoption.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to develop innovative product roadmaps.
  • Ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness through automation and workflow optimization.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in front office markets roles or product development within Financial Services, Consulting, or Technology sectors.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a user-centric mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Proven ability to create and leverage network effects for user engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and derive data-driven insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to unexpected changes.
  • Understanding of platform development's technical aspects, including architecture and APIs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Tableau and Python.
  • Experience with agile practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence).


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Familiarity with financial products, vendors, and regulations.
  • Keen interest in FinTech and the future of Digital in Financial Markets.
  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
