The Role

B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Axio (axio.com) – New York, NY

Axio is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to play a critical role in delivering sales pipeline for this fast-growing cybersecurity company. You will play a central role in developing integrated marketing campaigns to shape perception, influence decision-making, and drive action across multiple personas. We are seeking someone with a passion for building performance-driven campaigns, paired with the operational expertise of managing relationships with both internal and external partners.

As Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, sales, product, and customer success to design an integrated program that will reach prospects and customers across the buyer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver predictable sales pipeline at scale by developing data-driven campaigns across multiple channels spanning search, social, webinars, publishers, influencers & partners
  • Partner closely with Sales and Alliances to build account-based marketing programs to drive inbound demand among priority accounts
  • Design and operationalize marketing nurture campaigns and partner with Sales on rapid follow-up from field marketing events, webinars, and other inbound leads
  • Continuously evaluate, measure, and report the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Support day-to-day partner and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of campaigns
  • Push the envelope on adoption of new technology needed to build a truly world-class demand generation operation at Axio
  • Spearhead efforts to list-build, segment and maintain the data quality of our marketing database

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM experience preferred
  • Experience working in cybersecurity a bonus
  • Fluent in Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Hubspot highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of operationalizing marketing and sales ops to boost MQL to SQL conversion
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and measuring
  • Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills
  • You are highly analytical and metrics-driven. You love pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and maybe even SUMIFs and SUMPRODUCTs. You live for the data and are excited to optimize campaigns to maximize return
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, environment
  • Exceptional talent for creative problem-solving and passion for emerging technology
