As our Demand Campaign Manager, you'll be the creative force behind captivating and powerful campaigns that span a variety of products, channels, regions, and segments. Your mission? To enchant and attract new customers with your innovative ideas and dynamic strategies!


  • Identify and develop content and assets vital for campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions, collaborating with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign strategies
  • Support sales teams in enhancing lead conversion rates by providing additional content and email cadences



  • Deepen understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and customer journeys by region, guiding their application across regions and verticals.
  • Engage internal subject matter experts and conduct independent research on industries, verticals, and competitors to inform campaign strategies and briefs
  • Support our account-based marketing strategy by orchestrating multi-channel campaigns tailored to our defined ICP
  • Build a visible campaign calendar to collaborate with content, events, ABM, marketing operations and executives



  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to craft comprehensive cross-channel campaign strategies encompassing product lines, customer segments, geographies, and industry verticals
  • Partner with product marketing to equip our partners with standardized campaign assets, fostering consistent messaging, co-selling initiatives, and demand-generation endeavors
  • Define campaign and program objectives, target audiences, channels, and the optimal marketing mix to realize campaign or program objectives effectively
  • Develop and execute campaign strategy for key and emerging channels including email, webinar, event, paid social, paid search, nurture, podcast, direct mail, and gifting, in collaboration with marketing operations



  • Utilize data insights to shape campaign strategy while continuously analyzing, optimizing, and communicating results
  • Maintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards, reviewing campaign performance across all regions
  • Analyze past campaign performance to uncover opportunities for enhancing existing marketing endeavors



  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Proficiency in high-touch sales motions
  • Experience managing digital agency relationships and optimizations
  • Proficiency in project management, software, and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in applying integrated marketing principles
  • Experience executing demand generation campaigns leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools like 6Sense, among others
  • Skills in digital marketing strategy, integrated marketing, email marketing, sales enablement, and copywriting
