About the Role

As part of our Analytics team, the Data Analytics and Insights Manager will be essential in providing critical data and insights for leaders across the organization to help them drive decisions and understand business health, success, and opportunities. This role requires the ability to query and manipulate data from multiple sources, critical thinking, applying advanced analytical methods, a sense of end-to-end ownership, and data storytelling.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, product usage, and revenue metrics. Identify areas for improvement and optimization and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Constructively challenging business on assumptions and goals; asking questions that effectively push the thinking of business partners
  • Report and Dashboard Creation: Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within our centralized Tableau instance.
  • Drive execution on analytics projects by defining problems, identifying relevant data sources, applying appropriate analytic techniques, ensuring accuracy, and presenting actionable results.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end reporting process, from querying in-depth data to collaborating with team members to understand underlying business drivers. Create clear presentations that communicate insights related to business and customer trends, performance against KPIs, and recommendations for company growth.

You Are

  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with large and complex datasets and derive actionable insights
  • An excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative and consultative: able to leverage your business acumen to partner with stakeholders and coach and mentor more junior colleagues
  • Operationally minded-with the ability to lead projects from start to finish
  • Technically apt and able to learn and apply new technical skills

On Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics. Master’s Degree preferred
  • Analytics Expertise: You must possess 5+ years of experience (excluding internships) in analytics, with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business impact. Predictive Analytics experience is a plus.
