In this exciting position, you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Success team by assisting in the development and organization of  training materials and resources. You will gain valuable experience in customer support, content creation and knowledge management.

Join our team of Smartlies and learn from some of the best and brightest in the digital advertising industry. You'll work closely with the Customer Success team, Commercial Enablement, and Product Marketing teams, assisting in projects that directly impact how our sellers win deals. This is a hybrid opportunity in our NYC office - we’re excited to welcome you to our passionate, rapidly-growing company. 

As a Customer Success Enablement Intern, you will...

  • Assist in the creation and execution of internal enablement initiatives, such as training workshops or resource launches, to enhance team productivity and alignment.
  • Help organize and maintain CS enablement content (e.g., playbooks, training materials, FAQs) in a centralized repository.
  • Update existing content to reflect product updates or process changes.
  • Help identify and track key metrics for measuring the effectiveness of customer enablement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success and enablement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other team members to gather feedback and insights.
  • Work on a final project to be presented to the team at the end of the internship
  • Meet and collaborate with fellow interns in our NYC office.

We are looking for you if you are...

  • A full-time rising Junior, Senior, or graduating at an accredited 4-year College or University.
  • Highly interested and curious when it comes to the advertising industry and digital landscape.
  • Have an eye for design and strong project management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
