Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.

About the Job:

We are looking for an organized, detail oriented and energetic player to join our Wholesale Team in a support role as a Wholesale Customer Happiness Assistant, reporting to our Wholesale Ops Manager. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 0-2+ years of related Account Service experience. This is a unique opportunity to help Bombas wholesale efforts work effectively and collectively with our retail partners and operations.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Account Support
    • Product Image Requests
      • Partnering with Creative to communicate seasonal Image needs
      • Keeping sight of styles and genders at the account level, and updating tracker accordingly..
    • Image Distribution
      • Organizing and distributing account seasonal fashion PDP images for all categories. 
      • Ad Hoc requests, as needed, as ATS orders are placed
    • Site Audit:  Review accounts sites to ensure images and copy are up to date and are being used correctly.
    • Account Creative Request:  Work with accounts and creative to deliver any image request needed for marketing.
  • Upload images for upcoming market and updating images accordingly in the NuOrder system, once High Res images are received
  • Assortment Sheet:  Create a buy book using the accounts order sheets.  Record-keeping; inputting all order info and images into the file
  • Item Master:  Pull Report from SPS and add any new UPCs to the file
  • GSX catalog: Upload seasonal product details to catalog including VPN, UPC, descriptions and NRF color details.
  • Sales Orders
    • Processing order bank management for Specialty Accounts
    • Responding to Customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, and pricing 
    • Processing Sales orders received via email.
    • Maintaining Shipping log

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred
  • 0-2+ years' of related Account Service experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP (NetSuite or similar); a plus

Each component of the Bombas total rewards package, including benefits and pay, is aimed at contributing to an environment where team members have resources to  manage their lives and are enabled to focus on doing their best work.

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $48,000 and $60,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.

The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
