At the core of it all, we have a team and culture that has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top 500 best startup employers in the US. Our team spans diverse backgrounds, cultures, and stories, with employees coming from 20+ countries.

We're a venture-backed company entering hypergrowth, having recently ranked 94th on Inc 5000's fastest-growing private companies in America, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team.

About The Role:

US Mobile is looking for a Customer Analytics Associate to join our dynamic growth team and help shape the future of wireless! In this role, you’ll dive deep into customer data, turning insights into action to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth at every stage of the customer journey. Your work will have a direct impact on how we drive more conversions, build better connections, enhance customer retention, and improve the overall experience for our users.

What You’ll Do:

As Customer Analytics Associate at US Mobile, you'll:

- Analyze Customer Journeys: Study customer behavior across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention to identify trends and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

- Campaign Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, app notifications, etc.), focusing on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to improve key metrics.

- Other Growth Performance Reporting: Stay involved with the rest of the Growth team to help track, measure, and report on the broader marketing campaigns (e.g. tracking referral programs, assessing feasibility of discounts offered etc).

- Customer Segmentation: Build and refine customer segments based on telecom-specific behaviors, demographics, and usage patterns to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.

 - A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement experiments to evaluate marketing strategies and optimize workflows, such as upsell opportunities for data plans or retention messaging for customers nearing renewal.

- Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like BigQuery, SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and interpret customer data, uncover actionable insights, and guide future marketing initiatives.

- Customer Retention Strategies: Help create lifecycle programs and campaigns aimed at reducing churn, increasing customer lifetime value (CLV), and improving satisfaction.

- Marketing Automation & Personalization: Collaborate with tools like Customer IO, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop automated workflows and hyper-personalized strategies tailored to each stage of the customer journey.

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and data science teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and the customer experience.

- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of telecom industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep US Mobile’s lifecycle marketing cutting-edge and effective.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  •  2-5 years in marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a similar role, ideally in the telecom or tech space.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools like BigQuery, SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign reporting.

Other Must-Haves:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities—you know how to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills—capable of presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring cross-functional success

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary ($80,000-$160,000-NYC based)
  • Health insurance
  • Gym reimbursement
  • NYC Office: Free cellular service on the best network in the US
  • Free lunch in NYC office & fully stocked kitchen
