The Role:

 

We are currently seeking a full-time Creative & Marketing Manager.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Research competitor advertising strategy.
  • Defining story boards for prospective ads.
  • Evaluate results of ads, primarily in Meta and Google but also in other channels.
  • Write scripts, hire actors, and build creative, working with a contract video editor or even if possible doing this yourself.
  • Push ads live on Meta, and potentially Google as well.
  • Creative development in experimental channels, which may include streaming, radio, TV, and more.
  • Work directly alongside the CEO as well as Performance Marketing Lead to execute high-growth marketing strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 1+ year of experience in creative strategy or account management either at an agency or in-house, preferably at a startup.
  • It is preferred that you have 1-5 years of experience.
  • A hands on attitude, with openness to wearing multiple hats.
  • A strong intuition for high performance advertising.
