Position Summary:
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 21 st 2025, and ending July 31 st , 2025, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Commercial & Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Securities Services provides comprehensive solutions spanning the full investment cycle to help institutional investors succeed now and in the future. Our world-class suite of services includes custody, fund accounting and administration, middle office services, foreign exchange, liquidity management, securities financing, collateral management, data solutions and regulatory insights.
- Markets is comprised of the world's leading securities and derivatives sales, trading and research groups. Our professionals are at the center of the world's financial markets, providing liquidity, insights and analytics, competitive pricing across the full spectrum of asset classes - all focused on helping clients outperform their benchmarks.
- Quantitative Research is the modelling team for the CIB Markets group. CIB QR covers Risk Management Models as well as Data Analytics for the CIB Markets businesses, Custody and Fund Services, and Treasury Services. The work spans topics ranging from process optimization in Treasury Services, client sales analytics in markets, through electronic trading and market making to classic derivative and credit modelling.
- Investment Banking Supports a broad range of corporations, institutions and governments by providing strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise.
- Corporate Banking manages the firm's relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations globally to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management and investments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner.
- Ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
- previous experience operating at VP level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.
- must be on a voluntary career break for at least two years in order to be considered. CIB will consider you if you have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on your career break.
