The Role

Revolution Venture Studios - https://www.revolutionventurestudios.com/ - is a venture studio that ideates and creates new companies focused on transforming for the better healthcare and other industries.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and self-sufficient Contract Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis for at least 12 months. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in an unstructured environment and can manage recruitment processes independently.

 

This recruiter will identify, vet, and hire Co-Founders / CEOs and Co-Founders / CTOs for new ventures that are already ideated and will be funded right away by the venture studio to build innovative companies, mostly but not exclusively in healthcare.

 

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the roles and the company culture.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

 

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or part-time capacity.
  • Strongly preferred to have
  • Must be available to conduct interviews and follow-ups during standard business hours.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, managing time and tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Capable of working part-time for at least 12 months. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full-time employment who wish to do this part-time until they obtain full-time employment.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews and managing follow-ups during business hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Type: Part-time
