About the role

We are hiring an exceptional Community & Affiliate Manager to expand Healthie’s reach by growing and nurturing our affiliate, influencer, and customer communities. In this dynamic, externally-facing role, you’ll lead efforts to identify and activate strategic partners while fostering a vibrant, engaged network of health and wellness professionals.

As Community & Affiliate Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Customer teams to build scalable programs that deepen relationships with private practice providers, drive qualified leads, and amplify Healthie’s presence in the industry. From launching affiliate campaigns and influencer partnerships to hosting webinars and growing our customer advisory councils, you’ll design and execute initiatives that inspire connection, education, and advocacy.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the way Healthie engages with its broader ecosystem—bringing energy, empathy, and structure to our partner and community strategy. Balancing creativity with operational excellence, you’ll ensure our affiliates and champions are equipped to succeed, while gathering insights that help us continually improve.

In this role, you’ll bring a passion for relationship-building and a deep understanding of what drives community engagement. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, translating ideas into scalable programs that extend Healthie’s reach, build brand loyalty, and support our mission to power the future of healthcare delivery.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our NYC HQ.
  • The salary range is $85,000. - $115,000.
  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.
About you
  • You have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, community management, or partner marketing, ideally within B2SMB/B2B SaaS or healthcare environments.
    • clinician credentials preferred
  • You bring a proven ability to build and scale programs that drive measurable growth, with a data-driven approach to managing affiliate and influencer relationships.
  • You have hands-on experience using Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and/or affiliate network tools to track performance, optimize engagement, and report on ROI.
  • You excel at building authentic relationships, with strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • You have a deep understanding of clinicians and the private practice landscape, with bonus points for familiarity with EHR or healthcare technology platforms.
  • You lead with empathy and influence, creating space for others to thrive while inspiring action through connection, clarity, and purpose.
  • You are an exceptional communicator—both written and verbal— with the ability to tailor messaging for partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • You have grit and a bias for execution, consistently taking initiative and pushing forward even in the face of ambiguity or competing priorities.
