Position

We are seeking an Associate, CLO Credit. This position will report to the Head of Bank Loan & CLO Platform and is based in Pretium’s New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining marketing decks for the CLO platform
  • Responding to DDQ requests from clients
  • Data monitoring for the platform’s internal portfolio management system
  • Creating timely portfolio risk reports
  • Working with senior analysts to monitor a portfolio of leveraged loan credits from several industries in order to make buy/sell/hold recommendations
  • Creating timely update reports on the credits within coverage
  • Building and maintaining financial models
  • Analyzing new investment opportunities and writing investment memos

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience, including finance, accounting, investment banking or leveraged loan experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Personal qualities of integrity and credibility; proactive, high-energy, self-motivated individual used to working within an environment driven by market events and deadlines
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
