The Client Solutions Analyst/Associate will onboard clients, support deal execution, manage product implementations, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience.
Job Overview: LiquidX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Solutions, Analyst/Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and optimizing business processes, manage operational activities, and collaborate across multiple teams to drive efficiency and enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients which include Large Cap companies (Fortune 500), the world’s largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and other institutional investors
- Support deal origination and execution
- Lead product demonstrations for prospective FI clients as well as the corporate clients of existing FI clients
- Establish operating processes for new and existing business opportunities.
- Forecast revenue across the client base
- Receive product feedback from clients and work with Product teams to implement platform enhancements
- Manage product implementations for new and/or existing FI clients
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a client-focused role. Experience in trade finance, treasury/payments, tech, or SaaS environments is a plus.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage competing priorities.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, plus Annual Bonus
