TITLE: Client Operations Analyst
LOCATION: New York City or Jacksonville (Hybrid)
SALARY: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on NYC, adjusted for Jacksonville)
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the VP, Head of Client Operations, and will be responsible for supporting the operations of the department including department reporting, resourcing, optimizing processes, and managing data analytics.
What You'll Do:
- Project Resourcing - working with department leaders, manage resource planning and reporting
- Capacity Planning - Utilizing data from Salesforce and time tracking in Taskray, maintain and report on Capacity Plans.
- Documentation and Training - Create and maintain operational documentation, including process maps, guidelines, and training materials. Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes.
- Monitoring KPIs and Metrics - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Client Operations. Propose actionable insights based on data analysis to drive improvements.
- Work with the Salesforce Administrator on the creation of new reports and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards.
- Work with the Revenue Operations team on the pipeline data as it relates to Client Operations capacity planning.
- Work with the Sales Engineering team on the coordination of new Statements of Work to be reviewed by the Client Operations team.
- Ad Hoc Reporting as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional experience working in a high volume, high velocity operations environment
- Project Coordinator experience a plus
- Experience working with large datasets to understand and provide data driven recommendations
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and tasks
- Experience collaborating with different teams to help drive towards technical and operational solutions to ongoing challenges
- Analytical, data-driven self-starter that is detailed-oriented and resourceful
- Problem-solver who thrives in diving into details when required
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel and Salesforce
