About the Role

We are seeking a Career & Transfer Coordinator (we call them Outcomes Engineers) to work with our Associates of Business students, supporting their discovery and success in preparing to transfer to 4-year institutions or entering the workforce upon graduation. From discussing transfer opportunities, charting progress towards academic goals, discussing career options, and ensuring they engage with the Outcomes Accelerator (our 8-quarter series of workshops) you’ll be instrumental in supporting Campus students’ success!

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and advising to students on career + university transfer pathways
  • Track student progress through the Campus “Outcomes Accelerator,” ensuring they attend workshops, complete assignments, and attend 1:1s as required
  • Coordinate with educational partners, universities,  employers, internship pathways, and  others in support of students’ post-Campus goals
  • Design and deliver workshops supporting students across department areas of impact
  • Develop and manage resources (ex. career guides, transfer manuals for students

We’re excited about you because…

  • Bring passion and experience (2-3 years) working with  high school or young-adultsAre a master of creating, delivering, and facilitating engaging workshops and student experiences
  • Have detailed understanding of the higher-education landscape and/or future-of-work
  • You thrive in quickly-changing environments, continually building systems, and then repeatedly improving them to increase student impact and team insight
  • Can self-motivate, stay organized amidst 150 moving parts (your student caseload), and lead with empathy every step of the way

What you’ll get: 

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($55,000 - $70,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
