Place Exchange is on a mission to transform the entire OOH channel to be truly programmatic for buyers and sellers.  To help us with that mission, we are seeking a Campaign Operations Analyst to join us and be part of one of the fastest-growing traditional media channels.


We're seeking a customer-focused technical analyst to ensure the smooth operations of campaigns executed on Place Exchange’s platform. An ideal candidate would be: highly organized, an excellent communicator, capable of analyzing data and troubleshooting problems, and good at balancing multiple priorities. If you like working with data and enjoy finding effective ways to build processes and tools, we want you to join Place Exchange as we bring innovations to the OOH industry to open it up to programmatic buying.  In this role you’ll learn about digital out of home and the entire process of programmatic auctions in digital media.


This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC HQ.  While expectations are one to two days in the office per week, in person attendance is very flexible.This employee will be participating in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST.  

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve pre- and post-launch issues 
  • Comprehensive handling of inbound requests
  • Leverage reporting to proactively monitor performance 
  • Timely escalation and follow through to resolution on all issues outside of individual scope
  • Frequent, consistent communication across internal and external teams
  • Convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to processes and documentation on setup, validation, and troubleshooting campaigns

What You’ll Bring:

  • 0-1 years of professional experience in digital advertising
  • Experience using data to solve problems (using tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker, or directly querying databases with SQL)
  • Customer service oriented approach 
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and able to prioritize based on variable inputs
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation

For those based in New York City, the expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $65,000-$75,000, plus bonus (based on level and performance), and stock options.  Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers  as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position and the location of the candidate. A candidate’s compensation will be based on the role and level they are hired for, which may be different than the role they applied for.
