GSTV offers both hybrid and remote work situations. Candidates located within commutable distance to our New York Office will be tagged to that office and are not currently considered 100% remote.

 

CAMPAIGN MANAGER

 

Summary:

The Campaign Manager will be based out of New York or Detroit. This role is dual faceted and will be responsible for supporting both the sales team in reporting, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns and content across the GSTV video network. This individual will work directly with internal marketing teams, external partners and ad operations to oversee successful launch and daily management of content partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
  • Effectively work cross functionally with teams to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives 
  • Proactively monitor network performance and delivery goals, advance delivery issues as necessary 
  • Work directly with GSTV content team for upcoming partnership launches 
  • Support content director and actively manage network infrastructure 
  • Maintain and monitor all inbound episodes and schedules 
  • Organize current workflow and streamline for best practices and efficiencies 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Required qualifications include:

  • Strong Excel skills required, pivot tables a must 
  • Experience handling large data sets
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills 
  • Working knowledge of BI tools / DOMO 
  • Knowledge of industry platforms such as Ad Servers, Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, etc.
  • Desire to learn the advertising business and grow with a rising team

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree as well as 1-2 years in media/digital industry or a related field.
