DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Structuring and performing both data-driven and qualitative analyses to identify and shape strategic and transformational opportunities and recommendations. Leading change, consensus, and alignment on the target-state vision and roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders. Planning and conducting research with clients and employees via in-depth interviews, facilitated working sessions, design workshops, focus groups, and surveys. Collaborating with senior stakeholders in conjunction with research to apply innovation in financial services and apply emerging technologies to commercial banking. Collaborating with design teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to use a design-thinking methodology to co-create the target-state client and internal commercial banking experience; responsible for translating design into discrete and well-scoped initiatives with robust business cases and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track impact. Developing strong trusted advisor / partner relationships with key client and internal stakeholders. Preparing decks and design materials to share with clients, team leadership, senior management, and executive leadership, including presentations, executive summaries, proof-of-concept (POC), minimal-viable-product (MVP) demonstrations, and KPI progress updates. Oversee work streams and support senior team members by creating work plans, and managing deadlines and expectations. Oversee Senior Associate(s) and Associate(s) and help develop junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic management or related field of study plus [3] three years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Strategist, Management Analyst, Management Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic management or related field of study plus [7] seven years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Strategist, Management Analyst, Management Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: corporate strategy; analytical skills; financial services; operating model design and business strategy; digital transformation implementations, including journey design, prototyping, and tech innovation initiatives; design and software development processes including agile; cross-functional initiatives including collaborating across multiple teams and roles.
Job Location: 1230 Avenue Of The Americas, New York, NY, 10020. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $215,000 per year.
