This role is for a Digital Product and Solutions Manager / Associate Principal, responsible for supporting the growth and development of the Digital Products and Solution Practice within the ZS Technology Services business. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS practice leadership and be responsible for building and managing client relationships, generating new business engagements, and providing thought leadership in the Digital Area.

  • Support the growth and development of the digital products and solutions practice within the ZS' Technology Services Group.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, both existing and new, by bringing relevant solutions and offerings to the clients
  • Collaborate with our clients and client teams to understand client problems, define opportunities, and drive GTM, selling support of the practice solutions and services
  • Be responsible for driving sales, delivery, of the practice solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership in Digital area by bringing all aspects of Digital Transformation to clients and company
  • Work closely with practice and client leadership to expand client and customer relationships with executives at the company's various accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership in developing the firm's services and offerings


Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing client relationships: Actively assess and present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client
  • Generating new business engagements: Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads, creating proposals , facilitate client discussions and presentations to drive new business and client relationships
  • Monitor progress and manage risk: Monitor progress of the active leads, ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes, and manage risks (if any)
  • Lead and motivating teams: Lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members, and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Counseling and mentoring junior consultants: Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.
  • Demonstrating ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge: Quickly assimilate new knowledge with deep Digital ,Tech and business acumen.
  • Executive-level presence and communication: Demonstrate executive-level presence and communication skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to meet client needs.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences (optional);
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in System Integration and Technology consulting, ideally in life sciences in Digital products and platforms
  • Experience in Application development or Product management or Rapid App Dev tools with emphasis on life sciences
  • Technical understanding and business process understanding of CRM and Workflow development platforms in the Digital area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong product mindset to envision solution offerings as products from start to the last mile associated with a client problem area.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to travel to meet client needs
  • A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude
  • Experience in digital transformation, specifically in the areas of customer engagement and digital experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, product management and experience working in agile environments
  • Experience with project management tools and practices
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
